This is Quill. He's a sky blue recessive pied budgie. He's named after Quill the Rito Post Man from Legend of Zelda: The Wind Waker. In the background there, you can see his buddy Gimli, an Olive Opaline (I believe,) named after the dwarf in J.R.R. Tolkien's Lord of the Rings
